I am super excited to share more about my nutrition coaching program. It has had a HUGE impact on me and my life, with dialed-in nutrition being a critical part of my journey in becoming a better ME in life. It has positively affected all encompassing areas of health including physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Whether your main goals are improved athletic performance, body composition, and/or general health and a better quality of life, a dynamic nutritional program will assist you in achieving and maintaining those goals.
This type of nutritional development plan is a comprehensive and very individualized procedure that will affect all areas of your life. By taking a detailed snapshot of your current lifestyle and adding in your personal goals, I will be able to devise a dynamic nutritional program that changes and grows alongside you and your goals.
Before offering advice/profiling, I will ask you for detailed information on your background, goals, health background, and current nutrition regime.
The consult process involves regular contact via phone every 7-10 days, as well as unlimited email/text. Topics covered include:
Macro prescription based on goals and caloric needs
Protein
Hydration
Food quality & frequency
Carbohydrate type, timing, and intake
Fat sources, quality, and proper intake
Recommended supplements, dosing, & timing
Each profile is done in an individual manner, tailored to your needs, goals, and issues. We correspond by email, in person, or over phone/Skype.
